Temporary Sustainability Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Sustainability Coordinator to help with a range of Sustainability initiatives supporting the current Sustainability Analyst and generally the Sustainability, Safety, and Facilities (SSF) department. SSF may handle corporate ESG reporting, resource conservation, employee health and safety programs, hazardous materials documentation, facility maintenance, fleet management, workplace satisfaction, food donation coordination, waste diversion initiatives, and more. The position requires calm adaptability and a collaborative approach in a dynamic environment.

Key duties include:

  • Environmental and Social data collection to support KPI tracking
  • Assessing potential Sustainability project costs and technical feasibility
  • Data and document handling for projects, including maintaining funding records, file scanning
  • Organizing physical and digital documents and assets
  • Vendor research and outreach
  • Building presentations
  • Multimedia support, recording and editing video content
  • Coordinating internal communications and marketing efforts
  • Food donation planning, coordination, and execution
  • Assisting in general Facilities administration, including Fleet

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organization and communication
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

 

Term: 3 monthsAugust 2025 – October 2025

Rate:   $23/hour
