Overview: At The Grove Hotel, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for graphic design and visual storytelling within a hospitality setting. This internship offers an immersive experience supporting brand development through the creation of digital and print assets, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, email visuals, in-room signage, and branded promotional materials. The role requires a strong eye for detail, foundational proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to follow brand guidelines with consistency and creativity. A growth mindset is essential—interns are expected to proactively seek clarity through thoughtful questions and embrace constructive feedback as part of the collaborative design process. This position is designed to provide real-world portfolio development while reinforcing how strategic, brand-aligned design elevates guest engagement and supports overarching marketing initiatives.
The internal creative services team is seeking a detailed-oriented, creative, out of the box thinker who can make creative decisions and designs based on branding guidelines. Our ideal Work U student will have the willingness to shadow and work in a fast-paced and versatile work environment.
Possible Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign / Newsletter Graphics
- Present graphic content and be prepared to explain creative process
- Making sure that 3rd party content as well as social media and other guest facing media follows branding guidelines
- Work with Marketing team to assist with monthly campaign planning and design
