OPPORTUNITY / PROJECT DUTIES

  •  Paid Social Creative Setup & Implementation
    • Assist with uploading assets and building ads across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit platforms
    • Enter and proofread ad copy, headlines, descriptions, UTMs, and basic targeting details
    • QA campaigns for accuracy (naming conventions, links, formats, creative specs) before launch
    • Support creative planning by helping organize upcoming asset needs and timelines
  • Reporting & Basic Analysis
    • Pull routine performance reports (e.g., spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA/ROAS where applicable)
    • Maintain simple trackers/dashboards and help summarize results into clear takeaways
    • Flag notable trends (what’s improving/declining) and help the team stay organized during the season
  • Project Management & File Organization
    • Keep creative files organized (folders, naming conventions, version control)
    • Help coordinate requests and deadlines with internal partners
    • Support process documentation and other ad hoc tasks that help the team run smoothly

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field preferred)
  • Interest in paid social advertising, ecommerce, and digital creative
  • Strong attention to detail (you like checking links, catching typos, and keeping things tidy)
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and learning new platforms quickly
  • Clear written communication (you can write concise, on-brand copy and ask good questions)
  • Organized and dependable—able to manage tasks and deadlines in a part-time schedule 

Bonus (not required):

  • Familiarity with Meta/TikTok/Pinterest/Reddit as a user or through coursework/projects
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
