POSITION DETAILS
- Communication with potential employees via phone calls and emails
- Recruiting for CNAs, nurses, housekeepers, and kitchen staff through various platforms
- Attend local recruiting events
- Work closely with Human Resources during the hiring process
- Check references
- Employee retention and culture building activities
- Frequent updating of social media websites
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in college courses
- Pursuing a degree in the business or healthcare administration industry
- Outgoing personality
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and social media platforms
- Availability to work part time during the day
