Web Producer
We're looking for an experienced web producer who has a passion for content publishing, operational efficiency and problem solving, and is excited to support multiple highly visible, high traffic online properties. Our team is responsible for the facilitation of the localization pipeline and supporting the content publishing process. This entails performing content production activities that support the content publishing process, working in various CMS systems, and monitoring and troubleshooting various tools.
Responsibilities:
• QA and publish online content (English) for multiple online properties across various publishing tools and platforms
• Manage localization handoff, handback, import and publish of online content (International)
• Assist with bulk migration activities - text, images, videos - to new or existing Content Management System (CMS)
• Troubleshoot publishing and rendering issues
• Manage all work requests via DevOps tasks
• Maintain and enhance proficiency, including sufficient documentation
• Maintain Power BI Dashboard in alignment with production KPIs
• Documentation for management and enhancement of publishing service, including:
o Onboarding guidance for new team members
o Process and technical specifications for use of publishing tools and platforms
