Business Development and Sales Manager

AllSides and AllSides Connect is seeking a Business Development and Sales Manager to identify, establish, develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers for both AllSides and AllSides Connect — remote, small group breakout video technology for conferences, events, businesses, nonprofit organizations and schools.

The Business Development and Sales Manager will be tasked with engaging new and existing prospects and closing deals while simultaneously developing and implementing a national rollout strategy.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a technology sales representative, is highly motivated, and has excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills. They are a proactive self-starter comfortable working remotely.

This is a remote position; candidate must be comfortable working independently. Compensation varies based on experience and will be heavily commission based.

AllSides Connect provides small, group video conversations that drive empathy and impact. Unlike generic video conferencing tools like Zoom, WebEx or Google Hangouts, AllSides Connect is specially designed for small groups to build strong connections. It integrates conversation guides and other tools that ensure each person is heard and on-topic. AllSides Connect has been used and tested in schools in over two dozen states. Independent testing by the Fetzer Institute has shown this model has a lasting impact and is as effective as in-person meetings.
