Paycheck Protection Program Support Staff

TEAM UP WITH US!

As a temporary staff on our SBA Paycheck Protection Program team, you will assist Financial Institutions with the processing of their borrowers’ application for forgiveness related to the CARES Act. You will be responsible for reviewing the applications and ensuring that the borrower has provided the necessary documentation required by the SBA for forgiveness. You will also be required to prepare a completed application package for bank review or communicate additional requirements to a borrower, should their application not contain satisfactory documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
 
Essential Functions
 
  • Always maintain a client service focus and communicate with both the bank client and borrower in a friendly and professional way
  • Report status and escalate questions and issues to team leads in a timely fashion
  • Perform detailed review of client applications and supporting documentation to monitor compliance with SBA regulations for forgiveness
  • Maintain familiarity with CARES act and be aware of any changes to regulations related to PPP loans and forgiveness
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Currently enrolled in, or completed, a Bachelor's, Master’s or Certificate Program.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Must be detail oriented
