KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support and participate in global supply chain management projects (e.g. system deployment and enhancements, testing, cross functional process changes)
- Support project managers in daily routines (e.g. report creation, data analysis, communication & reporting, change management, assessment)
- Generate project documentation for analysis, process definition, project status updates, training and communication. Suggest improvement opportunities where applicable.
- Assist in planning and facilitation of cross-functional workshops to drive stakeholder alignment.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills with ability to support assumptions of final analysis, share ideas and influence Senior Management by quantitative analysis or facts.
- Knowledge in product creation & development processes and supply chain operations
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders as well as other team members
- Visual and strategic business design experience to build business cases, strategy and internal pitch decks
- Solid skills in Word, Excel (expert level), Power Point etc.
- Strong data organization and reporting ability
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently Enrolled in University. Anticipated graduation date is Winter 2021 or Spring 2022
- Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
- Available to participate in our full-time internship program from end of May/June to August 2021
