The Supply Chain Development team is responsible for creating business value, managing strategic planning, and coordinating communications across the supply chain. We identify and model business opportunities that are incorporated into our strategic plan. We manage prioritization, resource allocation & communication across stakeholder groups for annual project roadmap.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) project portfolio with analysis, KPI development and tracking, project management & process documentation
- Work across various functional supply chain departments to gather information and drive implementation of new processes
- Manage the SCM Development opportunity assessment program including communications, research, and creation of business case summaries
- Support the enhancements of the SCM SharePoint site including content refinement and updates
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Student of Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics or similar
- Strong communicator (verbal and written). Able to lead and navigate conversations with people of various levels and functions.
- Strong MS Office skills. Microsoft SharePoint and Smartsheet a plus
- Attention to details and ability to work towards deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in University
- Anticipated graduation date is Winter 2021 or Spring 2022
- Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
- Available to participate in our full-time internship program from end of May/June to August 2021
