Lead Qualification Specialist

DroneQuote is an internet company that affords property owners the opportunity to learn about,
engage with, and select solar or roofing solutions in a simple, intuitive, & comprehensive
online environment. We make DroneQuote the place where solar and roofing are bought, not
sold.

Position Summary
The Lead Qualification Specialist works to identify new company sales opportunities through
various efforts, including lead lists, targeted campaigns, Youtube ads & affiliates, & other
outreach methods.
This position will require a strong sense of discipline for consistently using customer relationship
management (CRM) tools, the ability to prioritize tasks and follow protocols, and an elementary
understanding of solar and costs of electricity.
The successful candidate will be professional, responsive, sociable, and a motivated team
player that is capable of being responsive to change and excited about learning new things.

Responsibilities
Develop deep knowledge of our products and value propositions.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of DroneQuote to customers
and prospects.
  • Follow-up via phone calls and emails to incoming quote request submissions.
  • Qualify prospects and set appointment meetings for sales via Calendar tools.
  • Qualify and allocate leads for sales teams using zoho.com.
  • Document, track and monitor all leads and interactions in zoho.com
  • Identify and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, social media or other
communication tools.
  • Follow up with leads in expired or uncontacted stages via outbound calling and or
email marketing.
  • Maintain lead database in zoho.com.
  • Work closely with marketing to generate awareness for events such as webinars and
zoom shows
  • Meets or exceeds daily/weekly call metrics, which include conversion of leads to
opportunities.
Social Media engagement via DroneQuote
  • Continuous learning in solar, roofing, and home improvement.
  • Continuous learning in motivational & self-development and sales content.

Qualifications
Degree in Marketing preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to qualify sales leads.
  • Minimum of two years experience in direct sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple ongoing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Working experience with SasS type tools and inter-connectivities.
  • Ability to understand the customer needs and perspectives.
  • Ability to work independently and an entrepreneurial spirit to generate sales leads.
  • Works effectively with other functional partners.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.

Requirements
  • Desktop working station or equivalent laptop.
  • High-speed internet access.
  • Defined in-house work environment.
  • Outbound calling to warm leads.
  • A strong sense of discipline for consistently using customer relationship management
  • (CRM) tools.
  • Must have a positive & outgoing personality.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and follow protocols.
  • A discipline for on-going education.
