Data and Operations Intern

We’re Hiring! Ok, ok, so we’re pretty much always hiring; we are a Recruiting Agency after all, but this time we’re hiring for us! That’s right. Route Networking Group is seeking a (Part-Time) Operations and Data Specialist to join our fun, dynamic, and badass Team.

About Us
Recruiting. Refined.

Who We Are
We’re Route Networking Group. We help companies all over the Inland Northwest find their #route to exceptional talent. We’re a third-party recruiting agency that focuses on careers, not jobs; and fills permanent, direct-hire roles that help to boost Northwest economies. We’re passionate about the place we grew up in, the city we’ve come back to, the communities we’re a part of, and the futures we’re helping to build here. We believe in building long-standing relationships with both our clients and our customers, and in doing so, we help facilitate a unique and efficient recruiting process, unlike any other.

Who We Aren’t
Well, as you may have guessed, we’re not every other recruiting agency out there. We’re also not a Staffing company. We pride ourselves on our extreme commitment to integrity and service to our clients. We’re not the company the blasts hundreds of people on LinkedIn with erroneous, barely-relevant messages, hoping something will stick. We’re non-traditional, we’re a startup, we’re agile, we’re targeted, and we’re local.

What We Need
We need someone that first and foremost, likes what she/he read above.

As a (Part-Time) Operations and Data Specialist with RNG, you’ll play an intricate part in maintaining and improving the daily operational functions and systems at our company.
This role will be highly autonomous and as an integral member of our growing team, you’ll also have the opportunity to create and evolve your role as the company grows (and yes, that means there’s opportunity for the position to transition to full-time). This is a pivotal moment for our team; and we need someone passionate, self-motivated, and hungry. This is not the cush, sit-on-facebook, wait-for-someone-to-tell-you-what-to-do kind of job. This is a take-it-and-run-with-it, do-awesome-$h$t, kind of career.

The Gig:
Our (Part-Time) Operations and Data Specialist will work closely with our current team of Recruiters and Leadership to improve, optimize, and maintain our company's operational processes and functions.
Ours is a dynamic environment. Your day-to-day may include everything from updating, maintaining, and improving our CRM and databases using Excel and PowerBI, to keeping a pulse on employee KPIs and metrics. Also on the list: planning events, providing research for our quarterly technology webinars, updating our website with relevant content, and partnering with our Marketing team to create engaging content.

If you’re ready for a fast-paced, fun, agile, and rewarding work environment with unlimited potential and a strong commitment to our customers, keep reading!

We’re a startup and while we’re making strides, we’re still a small company (and, we’re bootstrapped at that!). We don’t have rigid “policies and procedures”. We don't have a 401k match (yet-- we're working on it). But, here are some of things we do have:
