Personal Assistant

PT Personal Assistant/Receptionist


The Personal Assistant position will fulfill the duties and responsibilities as directed by the CEO and her Chief of Staff.
This is a part time position (approx. 20 hours/week) M-F from 1-5pm in the Boise area.
Each week will vary with time spent as receptionist vs personal assistant depending on the CEO's custody schedule.
Custody weeks: 1pm - 3pm in office, 3-5pm picking up from school and taking to activities/home.
Non-custody weeks: 1pm - 5pm in office (flexible with time during the day for non-custody weeks).

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the areas of Personal errands and Receptionist duties including the following:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personal:
light housekeeping (surface pick up)
organization of home projects
General needs relating to tween child such as:
picking up from school (3:15)
dropping off and picking up from various activities
managing chores
bringing to appointments
running various errands as needed
Receptionist duties:
opening and delivering mail
maintaining the breakroom
executing various tasks as needed by the CEO and her CoS
making/changing/canceling reservations
ordering office and breakroom supplies as needed
data entry

Must have own vehicle and current insurance/registration
$16/hour plus a monthly driving allowance
