Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic, strategic, and personable individual to help us grow our existing markets, launch new products in new segments, and develop and grow new markets. This position has the following goals: identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating effective marketing strategies and programs, winning sales with key tier-1 customers. This individual will be a key member of a small marketing team and will make a significant contribution.

·        Develop compelling marketing messaging.

·        Participate with the engineering team to define innovative, attractive, and functional products.

·        Drive new product development and innovation, in harmony with customer requirements, desires, and feedback.

·        Develop and execute growth strategies to drive significant growth.

·        Secure wins at key customers.

·        Develop a winning online presence

·        Create persuasive messaging and packaging

·        Coordinate with the team on pricing strategies and promotions.

·        Organize company’s trade show presence and attend trade shows, as necessary.

·        Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field

·        Excellent Academic Record

·        Sales style should be described as collaborative, strategic, and pleasant.

·        Excellent communication skills

 Verbally articulate and persuasive

 Excellent writing skills

   Excellent presentation skills

·        Excellent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

·        Organized and able to manage multiple project and tasks

·        Ability to drive a project forward and work independently and in harmony with company with team directions.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team and can gracefully give and receive feedback
