Resource Nexus for Sustainability Internship

Description
The leadership team for the Resource Nexus for Sustainability Grand Challenge is seeking two paid interns to work with the effort this fall. Our diverse team of faculty and staff from across campus are working to create a transdisciplinary ecosystem that examines interactions between the built and natural environment through the lens of multiple disciplines and stakeholders in order to build more resilient urban and rural systems in Idaho and beyond. 

Students would support the Grand Challenge by analyzing data, compiling and summarizing results for a report, and assisting in a strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis.

Timeframe
Interns will work directly with Grand Challenge faculty and staff through the fall 2022 semester. 

Payment
This is a paid internship up to $3,000 (inclusive of hourly rate and fringe) for work completed. Students will be paid $15/hour up to the $3000.

Qualifications
Candidates should express Interest in interdisciplinary research on sustainability. Undergraduates and graduate students with research experience are encouraged to apply. Previous qualitative/quantitative data analysis experience is desired. Applications are welcome from current Boise State students from any discipline.
