Digital/Customer Experience Spring 2023 Internship - Work U

The Blue Cross of Idaho Customer Experience team is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of customer experiences through in-person and digital interactions.
                             
Opportunity/Project Duties: 
Our Digital First initiatives aligns market trends, customer behavior, and our technology to enhance customer relationships. 
Digital First is about listening to our customers and developing a data driven understanding about our customer’s needs, then aligning those needs with digital experiences that resonate on a deeply human level. It is not about simply implementing the latest trends in technology.  
 
 
Project Duties: 
·        Customer Insights and Data Analytics: Support the development, analytics, and maintenance of a consumer behavior and insights dashboard.
·        Experience Design and Digital Prototyping: Support the development and maintenance of experience design and digital innovation products to include clickable prototypes, customer journey maps, customer personas, and service blueprints.
·        Design Thinking and Innovation: Assist in design thinking activities to include customer discovery, experience ideation, and prototype testing.
 
 
Qualifications: 
·        Creative Confidence: Willing to contribute to the design process by bringing fresh perspectives to traditional problems. Willing to experiment with multiple ideas, even if that experimentation may lead to setbacks or failure.
·        Self-Drive: Able to see a project or assignment to the end, even when details are outcomes lack clear structure.
 
Skills You Will Develop:
·        Entrepreneurial Management: Learn to solve complex business through rapid prototyping and experimentation and iteration.
·        Consumer Behavior and Ethnography: Learn to gather actionable insights through observation of every-day behavior.
·        Market Development and Validation: Learn to construct business models and size market opportunities around new product/experience opportunities.
