Marketing & Community Outreach Strategist - WorkU

Overview:

Zen Fox Strategies is seeking a highly creative and motivated WorkU student for our organization. The Marketing & Community Outreach Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing our marketing and community outreach strategies. You will focus on content creation and developing, optimizing, and maintaining our Core Process for social media and community outreach efforts. This position will be mentored by our Practice Manager.
 

Duties:

• Gather and manage information for community contacts.
• Schedule meetings with community contacts. 
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Core Processes for managing and scheduling community contacts.
• Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts.
• Source, create, and design content for newsletters sent to community contacts.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Core Processes for newsletters sent to community contacts.
• Create and manage content for social media.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Core Processes for social media.
• Assist in the planning and promotion of community events. 
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned. 
   

Qualifications:

• Interest in graphic design, content creation, and social media.
• Interest and willingness to learn new software. 
• Effective communication (written and verbal), time management, critical thinking, and relationship building skills.
