Talent Management Specialist - Blue Cross of Idaho

Opportunity/Project Duties: 

The TM intern will join the talent management team to learn assist in the day-to-day operations and executions of strategies. This will provide the intern with the experience to see if this occupation would be of interest in their long-term pursuit of this career.

In addition, the intern will be responsible for architecting a “emerging leaders program” under the guidance of the TM Director.      

  • Project(s) responsibilities: Perform standard ADDIE model in build of this new program.
  • Analyze – Research existing external methodologies & conduct stakeholder analysis of needs.
  • Design – Build a program structure.
  • Develop – After approval of structure, build project plan and design elements such as course curriculum, communications plan.
  • Implement – This may or may not be realized during the duration of this program. If so, arrange the tactical & logistical elements associated with running a program.
  • Evaluate – An educational overview of this element will be provided by TM Director, but during the course of the internship, this phase will not be reached unless the internship is extended.     

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines
  • Have a passion for serving & the development of people.  
  • Team oriented, self -starter with good communication skills
