Duties
- Provide support and guidance for all practical and technical aspects of facility management database software used to track facility management functions within a network of parks.
- Support management in complying with core responsibilities of Director's Order #80 Real Property Asset Management, departmental Asset Management Plan, and Executive Order #13327 Federal Real Property Asset management.
- Operate/oversee the operation of the facility management software system including, but not limited to, asset identification and inventory including attached equipment/features, condition assessment, cost estimating, work order generation, and life-cycle information.
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports to management from the facility management database for operational, fiscal, and planning purposes.
- Complete the annual review, close out, and setup of numerous complex maintenance work orders such as replacing aging infrastructure, preservation of a historic site, changes in facility usage and/or modernization for inclusion in the operational budget.
