Overview: At The Grove Hotel, the ideal candidate will have interest to work in the capacity of digital marketing, social media marketing, loyalty/CRM marketing and other related technologies in the digital space. The goal in this field will be to gain experience in a hospitality and marketing setting for the marketing, acquisition and retention of guest & customer loyalty through paid (PPC, remarketing), organic, social platforms, loyalty programming and understanding of consumer behaviors to influence strategy making.
The internal creative services team is seeking a detailed-oriented, creative, out of the box thinker who can make decisions based on analytical reports. Our ideal Work U student will have the willingness to shadow and work in a fast-paced and versatile work environment, and a strong customer service focus to engage with guests and staff alike.
Possible Responsibilities:
- brainstorm/organize social media calendar, schedule and publish social posts
- create and analyze reports and provide insight to other team members
- update website, sales team collateral, and guest facing items
- create marketing campaigns to target the individual traveler or group travel
- assist in writing ad copy/content for print ads, Google PPC ads, Facebook Sponsored ads, display ads, blogs and more
- work with 3rd party digital media and website vendor(s) to maximize potential revenue
