Overview of Organization: The Idaho Workforce Development Council brings cohesion between more than a dozen partners who support career development and training opportunities. We leverage our expertise, funding, and collaborative leadership to reduce employment barriers and better connect Idahoans to in-demand jobs. Together with Idaho’s government agencies, nonprofits and private businesses, we are building a future where every Idahoan is prepared for the best career possible
Responsibilities:
- Video content creation for Idaho LAUNCH overview, activities, and grant acceptance.
- Creating records and compiling a database of Idaho career resources.
- Develop social media outputs.
- Extern program outreach outputs and employer engagement activities.
- Attending college and career events on behalf of the WDC Idaho team.
Qualifications / Applicant Requirements:
- Good communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Out of the box thinker with the ability to contribute to the team.
- Team oriented, time management, organized.
- Ability to take on multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Creative, innovative, and not afraid to speak up to share ideas.
