Patriot Program Quality Lead I - Onsite (MA)

What You Will Do:
- Responsibilities include promoting and executing with a strong quality mindset
- knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
- Assist in implementation of Global Patriot strategic quality improvements across contracts.
What You Will Learn:
- Interface with the program quality teams, programs, customers, and supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), supporting technical, quality and compliance to Raytheon procedures and contractual requirements.
- Proactively establish effective relationships with internal/ external partners.
- Ability to manage and impact across multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Responsible for quality of delivered products and services to our customers. Ability to foster team relationships to support resolution of customer issues related to Mission Assurance and Quality.
- Responsible for identifying and supporting efforts to improve processes or systems using technical problem solving, reasoning, and interpretation skills. Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and information is typically difficult to obtain.
- Monitor / lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and FRACAS activities for systemic issues and to ensure extensive RCCA.
- Generation of new Cost of Quality (CoQ) projects to reduce costs on the program.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
12 months or less working experience supporting manufacturing environment, supporting live issue resolution, and establishing priorities.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Effective communication skills to support internal customers leveraging teamwork across functions.
- Knowledge and/ or working experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement, CORE, or American Society for Quality (ASQ).
- Proven abilities with teamwork providing technical program support for manufacturing and/or design processes.
- Effective verbal and written communication and networking skills to work with upper management and customers.
- Hands-on experience in solving business or technical problems.
- Passionate, high-energy, self-starting team player who achieves goals and strives for continuous improvement.
- Meaningful leader that exhibits presence and influence.
